MSN-04 SAZABI ver.KA (Coating Kit) feat. #CleanDecal

사자비 코팅 킷에 #CleanDecal 을 붙였습니다.

데칼 상단의 코팅을 제거하는 방식은 마감재를 사용할 수 없는 상황에서 아주 유용합니다.

#CleanDecal was added to the Sazabi coating kit.
This method of removing the coating from the top of the decal is very useful in situations where the use of a finish is not possible.

 

코팅된 부분은 도색한 것과 유사한 상태입니다.

이형제등 표면에 불순물이 거의 없는 상태이기 때문에...
데칼을 바로 붙일 수 있습니다.

MARK FIT Super Strong에 약간의 반응이 있어서 사용하지 않고 물만 사용해서 붙입니다.

여름 같이 온도가 높은 상황 (about 30℃)은 1 ~ 2일 정도 완전 건조 하면 상단의 코팅을 쉽게 제거할 수 있지만,

겨울 같이 온도가 낮은 상황 (below 20℃)은 건조기(70℃)로 열처리를 20 ~ 40분 정도 하는 것이 좋습니다.

데칼 제거는 에너멜 신너를 사용해서 하는 것이 좀 더 쉽게 할 수 있습니다.

에너멜 신너가 코팅에 아주 미약한 반응이 있으나 짧은 시간에 제거할 수 있기 때문에 큰 영향이 없습니다.

Because there is a slight reaction to MARK FIT Super Strong, I do not use it and only use water to attach it.
In high temperature situations such as summer (about 30℃),

반면에 코팅이 되지 않은 부분은 상대적을 좀 더 어렵습니다.

중성세제 등으로 세척을 하여 이형제등 표면의 불순물을 제거하는 것이 필요합니다.

지금처럼 조립이 된 상태여서 세척이 곤란한 경우는,

물 티슈등으로 표면을 한번 닦아주고, 면봉에 에너멜 신너를 뭍혀서 데칼을 붙일 면을 꼼꼼하게 닦아주면 됩니다.

물 티슈는 수용성 불순물을 제거하고, 신너는 불용성 불순물을 제거 합니다.

MARK FIT을 사용해서 데칼을 붙인 후 건조기( 70℃)에서 40분간 열처리를 한 후 에너멜 신너로 제거하면 됩니다.

여타 다른 킷의 표면 특성과는 좀 달라서 작업하기 까다롭더군요.

On the other hand, uncoated areas are more difficult to compare.

If it is difficult to clean because it is already assembled,
Wipe the surface once with a wet tissue, then apply enamel thinner to a cotton swab

After attaching the decal using MARK FIT, heat treat it in a dryer (70℃) for 40 minutes

and then remove it with enamel thinner.
It was difficult to work with because it was a bit different from the surface characteristics of other kits.

 

#CleanDecal 의 일반적인 특성을 고려하여 생각해본다면,

마킹은 프라 표면에 붙이고,

코팅은 그 과정에서 약화시켜 쉽게 제거할 수 있는 상태로 만들면 됩니다.

마킹은 열처리하면 하방의 표면과 강하게 붙는 특성이 있습니다.

마킹이 표면과 접착되는데는 충분한 시간이 필요합니다.

코팅은 MARK FIT 과 반응해서 천천히 연화되어 약화가 됩니다.

마킹은 MARK FIT 과 반응하지 않습니다.

코팅은 에너멜 신너에 빠르게 녹습니다.

마킹은 에너멜 신너와 반응하지 않습니다.

붙이는 표면에 이형제 등 이물질이 없어야 합니다.

유광 표면에는 깔끔하게 밀착되어 붙습니다.

무광 표면에는 MARK FIT을 사용하여 붙여야 밀착되어 붙습니다.
