MS-06 ZAKU II Soldier Type

디 오리진 버전의 킷을 사용하여 사병용 자쿠를 제작하였습니다.

가장 오른쪽의 사병용 자쿠는 예전에 만든 것인데 밝은 톤으로 제작하였습니다.

가운데 것은 이번에 새로 만든 녀석인데, 좌측의 샤아 자쿠와 비슷한 느낌을 내기 위해서,

색상톤을 좀 진하게 해주었습니다.

I built a general-purpose Zaku using the Origin version kit.

The soldier Zaku on the far right is an old build that I made in a brighter tone.

The one in the middle is the new one I built this time.

To give it a similar feel to the Zaku II Char on the left, I darkened the color tone.

자쿠를 제작할 때 사용하는 녹색들 입니다.

이번엔 자쿠그린과 군제 302번을 메인으로 사용하였습니다.

Here are the greens I used when building the Zaku.

This time, I mainly used Zaku Green (MADE) and Mr.COLOR 302.

데칼은 허리에 라인 데칼 붙이고, 주요 부위에 전용 엠블렘을 붙여주었습니다.

자잘한 코션은 주로 검정색을 사용해서 좀 덜 튀는 느낌으로 갔습니다.

자잘한 데칼은 위의 방법대로 하면 쉽게 할 수 있더군요.
더 쉬운 방법이 있을까? 싶네요.

 

I applied line decals to the waist and dedicated emblems to key areas.

For the small cautions, I mainly used black to make them less noticeable.

I found that applying small decals is easy using the method above.

But I wonder if there's an even easier way.

데칼을 붙인 후 식기 건조기 (70℃)에서 20분간 열처리를 한 후~

에너멜 신너를 이용해서 데칼의 코팅을 제거해버렸습니다.

엄지 손톱 크기 보다 작은 것이라서 면봉을 수직으로 톡톡톡 찍으면 쉽게 코팅을 제거할 수 있습니다.

코팅들 끼리는 더 잘 들러붙는 경향이 있어서, 적당히 반복해서 사용하면 됩니다.

After applying the decals, I heat-treated them in a food dehydrator (70℃) for 20 minutes.

Then, I used enamel thinner to remove the decal coating.

Since it's smaller than the size of my thumb, I could easily remove the coating by tapping it vertically with a cotton swab.

The coatings tend to adhere better to each other, so you can use them repeatedly with moderate force.

부품을 조립하다가 접합선 수정한 부분이 깨져 버리는 불상사가 발생했습니다.

이거 수정할려면 첨부터 모든 공정을 다시 해야해서 그냥 패스하였습니다.

오리진 자쿠는 접합선 수정이 귀찮은 경우가 종종 있습니다.

뭐 다음에는 이런 일이 발생하지 않도록 약간의 신경을 더 쓰겠지만 말이쥬.

While assembling the parts, an unfortunate incident occurred where the part I had modified for the seam line broke.

Fixing this would require me to redo the entire process from the beginning, so I just left it as is.

The Origin Zaku often has parts that are troublesome to modify for seam lines.

I'll try to be more careful next time to avoid this kind of thing.
