Improved way of decal working (데칼 작업 3배 빠르게 하기)
★1. The height of the water for decal separation is not high. (Principle; capillarity osmotic pressure)
데칼을 분리하기 위해 사용하는 물의 높이는 높지 않게하면 됩니다. (자박자박한 수준, 삼투압 모세관 현상으로 분리)
After folding the wet tissue in a suitable container, you can supply more water at an appropriate level.
물티슈를 적당하게 접어서 사용하는 용기에 깔아주고 물을 적당하게 추가하면 됩니다.
2. There are two ways to move the decal to the target location.
데칼을 옮기는 방식은 두가지가 있습니다.
First cut off the decals you want to use, then put them slightly on the water tray.
우선 사용할 데칼을 오린 후 물을 부어둔 용기에 살짝 올려두시면 됩니다.
(1) "Pick-up" method (낚시 방식)
It is useful for small size decals. It is good to pick up edge corner.
작은 크기의 데칼을 옮길때 유용합니다. 가장자리 모서리 부분을 잡고,
You can lift the decal with the feeling that the plane is taking off.
비행기가 이륙한다는 느낌으로 부드럽게 들어올리시면 됩니다.
If lifted vertically, the decal can be folded.
수직으로 들어올리면 데칼이 접힐 수 있으니 주의가 필요합니다.
(2) "Pull-paper" method (밑장 빼기)
Suitable for large size decals.
큰 크기의 데칼을 옮길때 사용하면 좋습니다.
Use your thumb to fix the decal slightly and remove the blue base paper by gently pulling it with tweezers.
엄지로 데칼의 표면을 살짝 잡은 후에 핀셋으로 파란색의 대지를 가볍게 당겨서 빼내면 됩니다.
3. Remove the excess water using a cotton swab, and fix the position.
면봉을 사용해서 여분의 물기를 제거하며 위치를 잡으면 됩니다.
The cotton swab is a little moist and is good for working.
이때 사용하는 면봉은 약간 촉촉한 상태의 것이 작업하기 편합니다.
If excessive force is applied during operation, the position may be changed.
과한 힘을 주면 데칼이 틀어질 수 있으니 주의를 요합니다.
It is the point that it works by rolling the cotton swab without giving power.
힘을 빼고 면봉을 살살 굴리는 방식으로 물기를 제거하시면 됩니다.
★4.After slightly moistening the mark fit with a cotton swab, It can be used by wiping the surface of the decal.
마크 핏에 살짝 담근 면봉으로 데칼의 표면을 정리하면 됩니다.
Removes invisible chemicals on the decal surface. This process is preventing trouble when finishing step.
데칼 표면의 보이지 않는 화학물질들도 한차례 닦아내는 역할을 합니다.
Also in this process, it is good to remove something like small dust.
또한 데칼이 불완전하게 붙은 부분이나 살짝 접힌 부분의 접착력을 보강해줍니다.
After thorough drying, the finish can be treated.
완전히 건조시킨 후 마감재처리를 하면 됩니다.
